Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the idn178 website accessible at https://idn178.cam and any associated mobile applications or services operated by idn178.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account with idn178 and is using the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member to access idn178 services, including but not limited to placing wagers, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's idn178 account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" means any bet placed on any sporting event, casino game, togel (lottery numbers game), or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin value, or matched deposit credit added to a Member's account by idn178 under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under idn178's internal compliance policy before withdrawals are processed.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations including support hours, draw schedules, and promotional deadlines.

Access to the idn178 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. idn178 enforces a strict minimum age requirement in line with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards. Registering or attempting to use the Platform while under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and persons acting as agents or nominees for a third party may not register an account.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in the jurisdiction in which you reside before using the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the idn178 Platform for any reason.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee or director of idn178 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only on the idn178 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identification, a valid email address, your Indonesian mobile number, and your preferred bank account details for withdrawal purposes. idn178 is not responsible for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate registration data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. idn178 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any wager or transaction placed using your credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify idn178 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

idn178 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it believes the registration has been submitted in bad faith, where the Member's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where compliance requirements necessitate such action.

All transactions on the idn178 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idn178 does not accept foreign-currency deposits; any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed at the point of transaction and may be revised by idn178 from time to time without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Balance upon confirmation of receipt by idn178's payment systems; processing times vary by payment method and banking hours.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on the idn178 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Clause 3 regarding account registration). Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 minutes to 3 hours during normal operating hours (WIB). idn178 does not guarantee processing times during periods of system maintenance, public holidays, or unusually high transaction volumes.

idn178 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may include requests for additional documentation. Withdrawals to accounts not registered in the Member's own name, or where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily established, will be declined.

idn178 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all idn178 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds, after satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement, are transferable to the withdrawable Balance.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The precise requirement is stated on the promotion page at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• idn178 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in and met the triggering condition, accrued Bonus Funds will be honoured subject to the wagering requirement in force at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Members may not sell, assign, or transfer bonus entitlements to another account or person.
• idn178 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or zero-risk combination wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or misrepresenting personal information to qualify for a promotion.

All wagers placed on the idn178 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Product rules for sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout video slots), sabung ayam (cockfighting markets), and all other gaming verticals are published within the Platform interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A wager is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation notification from idn178. Wagers pending system confirmation are not settled until confirmation is received.
• idn178 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or market that was offered due to a manifest error (including incorrect odds, incorrect match data, or system malfunction). Voided wagers are refunded to the Member's Balance at the original stake amount.
• Where a wager is placed after the official start of an event (late bet), idn178 reserves the right to void the wager unless the Platform's in-play betting feature was active and explicitly accepted the bet in real time.
• idn178 employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems. Wagers identified as having been placed using insider information, in collusion with other parties, or as part of a coordinated match-fixing scheme will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per wager and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by market and product. idn178 reserves the right to adjust individual Member limits at any time.

idn178 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Members who believe their gaming behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to make use of these tools and to contact the idn178 responsible gaming support team at [email protected]. All content on the idn178 Platform — including but not limited to the idn178 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of idn178 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without idn178's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or data-scraping tools to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without idn178's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of idn178's intellectual property may result in immediate account suspension and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn178 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions to Platform availability, including scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages.
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or event data that may contain errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• Any loss arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit idn178's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. idn178's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

idn178 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that the Member has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest behaviour in connection with their use of the Platform.
• Attempted to manipulate any game, betting market, or promotional offer.
• Used the Platform in a manner that poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to idn178.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, idn178 will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 business days. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld Balance will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, idn178 may permanently close the account and, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining Balance.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable Balance will be paid out to the Member's registered bank account following completion of KYC, provided no outstanding investigations are in progress.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn178 holds its international operating licence. idn178 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing authority.

Members acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their country or region of residence and agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws. idn178 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction other than those in which it is explicitly licensed to operate.

Any dispute between a Member and idn178 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
